Our Process

Let's dive into our process together - it's a little more than just a simple three-step plan, but don't worry, we'll guide you through each stage:

APPOINTMENT NUMBER ONE

GET TO KNOW MEETING:

This meeting is all about building a solid foundation. You'll have the chance to get to know us, ask any questions on your mind, and we'll do the same with you. We want to get to know you. By the end of our time together, both of us will be able to determine if we need to schedule another meeting. If we do, your Advisor will collect any retirement planning documents you brought. If you didn't bring anything, don't sweat it - your Advisor will provide a List of Documents needed, a Questionnaire, and a form for your monthly budget for our next meeting.

APPOINTMENT NUMBER TWO

IN DEPTH MEETING:

This meeting is all of you and your family! We'll dive deep into your dreams, goals, values, wants, and needs. Your Advisor will review all the information you provide, working alongside you to understand why you own your current investments, what brings you joy, and what concerns you, and what’s important to you. We'll also gather additional information to help us paint a clear picture of your overall situation. Any additional documents that may be required will be requested before our next meeting.

APPOINTMENT NUMBER THREE

RESULTS/FULFILLMENT MEETING:

We will present a complete analysis of your situation and outline your personalized retirement plan. It's advisable to have your notebook ready during this meeting since we'll cover a lot of ground. By the end, you'll have a thorough understanding of your current retirement plan and any potential changes that could enhance your odds of achieving your retirement, spending, tax reduction strategies, and legacy goals.

APPOINTMENT NUMBER FOUR

ACTION/SIGNING MEETING:

If this meeting is on the books, it means we've both agreed that we are a good fit for each other. We've decided to move forward together, and this meeting sets the stage for taking action. We'll initiate the necessary first steps based on your individual plan, or complete any paperwork required to set your plan in motion.

APPOINTMENT NUMBER FIVE AND BEYOND

REVIEW MEETINGS:

Our initial review will take place after 45 days to show you to how access your new accounts online, running reports, answering any questions, and completing any remaining tasks for a smooth transition. Subsequently, we'll establish a regular review cycle with meetings every 90 - 120 days. We understand that each situation is unique, so we'll tailor the frequency of reviews based on your specific circumstances. As a general rule, we believe that no more than 120 days should pass between reviews - even if it means conducting them over the phone or online.

ONGOING REVIEW AND MONITORING

REVIEW & MONITORING OF THE PLAN:

Your retirement plan is a well-coordinated and every piece needs to be updated to stay harmony. Each review meeting will have a different focus, while still encompassing an overall assessment of your progress. We'll dedicate specific meetings to focus on your Estate Plan, Risk Management, Tax Planning, and Asset Structure and Strategy. It's all part of our commitment to continuously monitor and fine-tune your plan, so you can truly enjoy your retirement journey.
